Salus University has an excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our team as a part time Patient Service Representative. This position will work primarily in the University's Audiology Clinic (The Pennsylvania Ear Institute) and is well suited for someone who has experience working in a small, fast-paced medical office, has exceptional organizational skills, and loves interacting with people.

Primary Function: Responsible for patient registration, insurance identification and verification, scheduling appointments, collecting payments and charge entries
